I have been a BusyLife customer since the beginning back in the late 90s. I was so excited when I found a woman tech support person. In fact, I now consider TJ (aka Teresa) a friend. She is warm and personable which is a rare thing to find in a tech geek. I call her before I make any techie-type purchase. She is up on all the latest tech gadgets, too. The depth of her knowledge is truly astounding. I’m very happy to give her my highest recommendation.
